摘　　要：护理技能实验室的环境、设备对技能训练质量有重要影响,近年来我院重点投资、全面规划建设护理技能实验室,使其具备先进性、实用性和可操作性等特点,为护生技能训练提供了良好的环境,充分发挥护生自主学习的积极性,有效地提高护生技能掌握效率,在技能训练中起到辅助作用。The environment and instruments of nursing laboratory has important influence on the quality of skill training. In the recent years,we paid close attention and investment to the construction of advanced,practical and multifunctlonal nursing laboratories,which provided favorable environment for nursing students,made full use of their learning activity,improved the mastery rate of nursing skills and played a important role in skill training.
