摘 要:目的:探讨吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)对培养海马神经元的促生长作用。方法:原代培养新生大鼠海马神经元,观察PQQ对海马神经元胞体、突起生长和存活率的影响,测定MTT代谢率和脂褐素。结果:PQQ处理后,海马神经元突起的长度和胞体的长径显著大于对照组,细胞的存活率增加、存活的时间延长,尼氏小体的光密度值和MTT代谢率显著高于对照组,脂褐素的含量降低。结论:PQQ能促进海马神经元的生长,增加其存活率、延长存活时间。Objective: To investigate the effect of pyrroloquiniline quinone (PQQ) on the growth of hippoeampal neurons cultured in vitro. Methods:The hippoeampal neurons were cultured in vitro. The effect of PQQ on length of processes and maximum diameter of soma ant] survival number of hippocampal neurons were observed. MTT metabolic rate and lipofusiehrome was measured. Results :In PQQ group the length of neuron processes and the maximum diameter of ne.rosorna were greater than those of control group markedly. PQQ could increase the livability of neurons and prolong survival time of cultured neurons. The optical density of Nissl' and MTT metabolic rate were higher in PQQ group than in control group markedly. The lipofusiehrome was decreased. Conelusion:PQQ eotdd improve the growth of and slow the aging of hippocampal neurons cultured in vitro.
