摘　　要：应用常规的病理剖检技术解剖死亡东北虎,观察其病理变化;将病料无菌操作接种血清肉汤培养基培养获得1株细菌,经形态学观察和动物回归试验证实为高致病性巴氏杆菌;进而对死亡虎的各脏器进行病理组织学观察和分析,为东北虎的巴氏杆菌病提供了相关诊断资料。A died Northeast tiger was dissected by the common practice and the pathological changes recorded ; then the tissues of the tiger were inoculated by aseptic technique to the broth medium, and an isolate of highly pathogenic pasteurella obtained. It is confirmed by morphology and mice regression test. Histopathologic examina- tion showed that pathological changes were serious, especially in the lung and liver. Thereby provides the patho- logic data for diagnosing the tiger＇s pasteurellosis in clinic.
