氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂在乳牙根管充填的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂作为乳牙根管充填材料的临床疗效。方法用两种根管充填材料对乳牙进行根管充填,实验组用氢氧化钙碘防糊剂根管充填,对照组用氧化锌丁香糊剂根管充填,观察一年后的疗效。结果实验组有效率92.63%,对照组有效率为82.16%,实验组对照组高度显著差异(P<0.01)。结论氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂用于乳牙根管充填的疗效比较理想。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of calcicum hydroxide iodoform paste use for rool canal filling of primary teeth. Methods To flu the root canals of the primary teeth using two different materials, The experinmental group was fill with calcicum hydroxide idofrom paste, The Control with zinc exide olive oil paste. The peiod of observation after filling tool canal of primary teeth. Results The experinmental group got effective rate of 92.63% and the conml group 82.16%, the was significant different between the two groups （P〈 0.01）. Conclusions Calcicum hydroxide iodoform paste is a good material for root canal filing of primary teeth.
