农村已婚妇女饮食行为影响因素分析

摘  要:目的 调查农村妇女饮食行为特征,为有针对性地对其进行饮食行为教育提供科学依据。方法 采用面对面访谈对234名农村已婚妇女进行营养知识和营养行为调查,根据孩子上学情况将调查对象分组进行分析。结果 学龄前组妇女营养知识得分[(82.63±10.59)分]最高,与学龄组妇女[(79.32±11.54)分]比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05),与非学龄组妇女[(72.96±13.17)分]比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01);学龄前组妇女营养行为得分[(72.96±13.17)分]也是最高,与学龄组[(70.63±11.65)分]和非学龄组[(71.46±10.1)分]妇女比较差异都有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。80.3%学龄前组妇女有较好吃早餐习惯;大多数农村妇女能够经常摄入肉类(80.3%)和豆制品(83.8%),20.5%农村妇女能经常喝奶,86.3%妇女经常吃咸(腌)菜;部分妇女能了解一些与健康相关的饮食知识。结论 应在农村大力开展健康教育,以纠正农村妇女错误的传统习俗和观念,提高身体健康。Objective To investigate diet behaviors and provide evidence for developing health education about diet and nutrition among rural women. Methods A questionnaire survey on nutritional knowledge and behavior was finished by 234 rural women by face-to-face interview. All data were analyzed by SAS 8. 0. Results The women in preschool group acquired the highest scores in nutritional knowledge (82.63 ± 10.59) and behavior(72.96 ± 13.17 ) , respectively. No significant differences were seen in nutritional knowledge of women in preschool group and school group(79.32 ± 11.54 ). There were statistically significant difference in nutritional behavior of women in preschool group with school group(70. 63 ± 11.65) and no-school group(71.46 ± 10.1 ). The proportion of woman often eating meat, bean, milk, pickle was 80.3% , 83.8% , 20.5% , 86.3% , respectively. Conclusion Health education should be carried out widely in rural women to correct the wrong conventional opinions of women and strengthen scientific guidance in dietary in order to improve health.
