摘  要:针对铁路新型客车发电机的应用和供电系统的要求,研制开发出以80C196单片机为控制核心,以发电机输出电压、输出电流和充电电流为反馈变量的新型铁路客车发电机控制系统。通过TL494自动调节PWM输出控制励磁电流,达到稳定发电机输出电压、输出电流和限流充电的目的。具有控制精度高、反应灵敏、结构简单等优点。According to application of the new type generator and the new requirement of power supply to new type of carriage train, the new type carriage generator and control system for this train based on 80C 196 single-chip computer were designed. The system used the output voltage and current from the generator and the charging current as feedback variable. The output of PWM(pulse width modulation)was automatically adjusted by TL494 to control the field current of the generator, which accomplished stabilizing output voltage, output current and the charging current. This system has many advantages, such as high control accuracy, keen response, and simple structure.
