摘 要:目的:探求核因子κB受体活化剂配体-RANKL在人乳牙根生理性吸收过程中的表达和作用。方法:临床收集牙根吸收期人乳牙10个,运用原位杂交方法检测乳牙和牙周膜细胞中RANKL的mRNA表达情况。结果:吸收期乳牙中牙周韧带成纤维细胞、牙髓成纤维细胞、成牙本质细胞表达RANKL。乳牙吸收区陷窝内可见大量破牙细胞,RANKL表达不显著。结论:乳牙根生理性吸收过程由破牙细胞调节,RANKL可能促进破牙细胞的生成和活性。AIM: :To investigate the function and the expression of RANKL mRNA during physiological root resorption of human primary teeth. METHODS: RANKL was observed to express in the progress of physiological resorption of human primary teeth and periodontal tissue by in situ hybridization, RESULTS: RANKL positive signals were observed in periodontal ligament fibroblast, pulp fibroblast and odontoblast in the progress of physiological resorption of human primary teeth. Odontoclast was observed in the pit during root resorption. The expression of RANKL in odontoclast is not evident. CONCLUSION: Physiological root resorption for shedding of human deciduous teeth is mediated by odontoclasts. RANKL is likely to participate in odontoclastogenesis and activation of physiological root resorption.
