摘 要:目的探讨重庆市城区摩托车交通事故流行病学特点。方法随机抽取城区两个交警支队,利用《交通事故信息现场采集表》收集2000—2004年摩托车交通事故610起,数据采用SPSS11.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果5年共发生摩托车交通事故610起,基本呈逐年上升的特点,多为一般事故。事故驾驶员以40岁以下的男性为主(79.9%)。事故多发于每年7、8月(23.1%)。一周中星期日事故最多(16.7%)。每天16:00~17:00为事故高峰期(15.1%)。事故多发于晴朗的白天,多发于主干道路平坦水泥路面。610起事故中,444起(72.8%)是多车事故,其中与各型客车或轿车相撞323起(53.0%)。166起(24.6%)是单车事故。摩托车驾驶员负主责或全责的事故为236起(38.7%),主要因疏忽大意、违规等人为因素导致的多车事故121起(占多车事故的27.3%),单车事故105起(占单车事故的76.7%)。结论重庆市城区摩托车事故有其自身的特点,其危险因素主要是人的因素。加强摩托车驾驶员的教育培训,同时规范其他道路使用者的行为是减少摩托车事故的重要措施。Objective To explore the epidemiological features of motorcycle crashes in Chongqing. Methods Table of traffic crashes data on scene from two random sampled communication detachments of Chongqing was used to collect the motorcycle crashes from 2000 to 2004, and the data were analyzed with SPSS 11.0 soft ware. Results A total of 620 motorcycle crashes occurred in these five years, of which most were moderate but with an increasing trend. Male drivers under age of 40 years were more likely to cause motorcycle crashes (79.9%). Motorcycle crashes were most likely to occur on July and August in a year (23.1%) and Sunday ( 16.7% ) in a week, and the average number of motorcycle crashes peaked at 16:00-17:00 pm in a day ( 15.1% ). Motorcycle crashes often occurred on fair day, at main arteries with a smooth and cement surface. In 610 motorcycle crashes, 444 (72.8%) were multiple vehicle crashes, among which 323 were clashes of passenger cars or automobiles (53.0%). One hundred and fifty (24.6%) were single vehicle crashes, and motorcyclists caused about three - fourths (76.7%) of total single vehicle crashes. So, motorcyclists were responsible for 236 motorcycle crashes which accounted for 38.7% of total crashes. Human factors, such as carelessness and violation caused the crashes. Conclusions Motorcycle crashes in Chongqing have their own characters. Human is a main risk factor. The education and training of motorcyclists and modeling the behavior of other road users are important to prevent motorcycle crashes.
