摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)和p16在下咽鳞状细胞癌中的表达和临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学P-V二步法检测CyclinD1和p16在36例下咽鳞状细胞癌患者手术后标本及10例正常下咽黏膜标本中的表达。结果:①CyclinD1在下咽鳞状细胞癌中的表达高于正常黏膜(P<0.05),p16在下咽鳞状细胞癌中的表达低于正常黏膜(P<0.05);②CyclinD1的阳性表达与下咽鳞状细胞癌临床分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),p16的阳性表达与下咽鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05);CyclinD1和p16表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤原发部位及组织学分化程度无相关性(均P>0.05);③下咽鳞状细胞癌中CyclinD1和p16的表达呈负相关(等级相关系数rs=-0.420,P<0.05)。结论:CyclinD1高表达和p16低表达可能在下咽鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起重要作用,可以作为判断下咽鳞状细胞癌中淋巴结转移的客观指标。Objective：To study the expressions of CyclinD1 and p16 proteins in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and their clinical significance. Method：Immunohistochemical technology （P-V） was applied to detect the expression of CyclinD1 and p16 in 36 cases of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal epithelium. Result：①The expression of cyclinD1 in the tumorous cell was significantly higher than that in normal epithelium （ P 〈0.05）. The expression of p16 in the tumorous cell was significantly lower than that in normal epithelium （ P〈0.05）;②The positive rate of CyclinD1 was significantly correlated with clinical stage and cervical lymph node metastases （ P〈0.05）. The positive rate of p16 was correlated with cervical lymph node metastases （ P〈0. 05）. The positive rates of CyclinD1 and p16 were not correlated with the gender, age, tumor size, primary lesion and cell differentiation （ P 〉0. 05） ;③There was correlation between the expression of CyclinD1 and the expression of p16 （ rs=-0. 420, P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The over-expression of CyclinD1 and the under-expression of p16 may play a significant role in the occurrenceincidence and development of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and may be important indicators for cervical lymph node metastases.
