摘　　要：针对机械比对力机的工艺和控制要求,详细介绍了西门子SIMODRIVE 611A交流伺服驱动系统在机械比对力机上的应用。利用高性能的伺服定位模块FM354,控制交流伺服驱动系统,满足机械比对力机对速度、力矩和大调速范围的要求,使力机满足国家称重传感器检定规程(JJG669—90)和称重传感器生产检测要求。Aim at technics and control of build-up standard machine, particular introduced the appliance of siemens SIMODRIVE 611A AC servo system in build-up standard machine. Use high-powered servo orientation module FM354 to control AC servo drive system, satisfy the spoed,moment and timing range of build-up standard machine,and also satisfy verification regulation of weighing cell （JJG669 - 90） and measure weighing cell in manufacture.
