摘　　要：为了探究羟基磷灰石义眼座对于改善眼球摘除术后患者的外观及其对眶组织的影响，在眼球摘除术或眼内容摘除术后，植入眼座，4直肌按其解剖位置固定在义眼座上，其余步骤按常规眼球摘除进行，结膜缝合相对牢固一些。65例术后除7例结膜裂开外，其余均无严重并发症，外观满意，义眼活动度10°～15°。羟基磷灰石的化学成分与人体无机盐化学特性相似，无毒无刺激，不致敏、不致癌，组织相容性及化学稳定性良好，值得推广使用。Objective To recognize the effects of the hydroxyapatite orbital implant on enucleated patient's appearance and its hestopathologic effects on orbital tissue. Methods After enucleation or eversceration, the hydroxyapatite orbital implant was placed. Four rectus muscles weue at tached to the implant oith their anatomic position. The following procedure was performed conventionally with a secured suture of conjuntivalflap. Results Most patients of 65 cases had got a better appearance without serious post operative complications. The motility was cosmetically sat isfactory with 1O°~ 15°. Conclusions It was showed that the chemical properties of hydroxyapatite are sumilar to that of the inorganic salt of human bones. It has no toxici ty, stimulation, antigenicity, or carcinogenicity, and it has good histocompatibility and chemical stability. Thus, it has a certain practical value of clinical use.
