摘  要:目的优选辛兰芷喷雾剂的制备工艺。方法以辛夷、薄荷挥发油的提取量、白芷中提取欧前胡素的量为指标,采用正交试验设计,筛选最佳提取工艺。结果辛夷、薄荷粗粉浸泡4 h、加10倍量水、蒸馏提取6 h收率最高;白芷用10倍量80%乙醇、回流提取3次、每次2h为最佳工艺。结论试验结果可靠,上述工艺条件可用于辛兰芷喷雾剂的制备。Objective It is to optimize the extraction technology of Xinlanzhi spray preparation. Methods The quantity of volatile oils extracted from Flos Magnoliae and Herba Menthae and the quantity of ammidin extracted from Dahurian Angelica Root were used as the indexes to select the best extraction technology by orthogonal design. Results The best extracting condition to extract volatile oils from Flos Magnoliace and Herba Menthae was the following: the maceration time was 4 h, the amount of the added water was 10 times than that of the medicinal materials, the distillation time was 6 h. The more effective way to extract Imperatorin from Dahurian Angelica Root was refluxing extraction with 10 times amount of 80 % alcohol three times and last for 2h each times. Conclusion The extraction technological process above is reliable and can be used for Xinlanzhi spray preparation.
