摘　　要：历史城市与历史建筑保护国际学术讨论会在湖南大学建筑学院成功举办,来自海内外的专家学者围绕历史文化保护的前沿课题争鸣学术、砥砺思想,将中国的历史文化保护研究带到了一个新的起点。2006 International Symposium on Conservation of Historical Cities and Buildings has been hold successfully in the Architecture College of Hunan University. Scholars from all over the world gathered together to discuss fiercely about the importance and emergence of conserving the history and culture. Through this international symposium, the study of this area of china has also been brought to a new layer.
