摘　　要：目的探讨急性胰腺炎的护理方法。方法1999年7月-2005年5月对52例急性胰腺炎患者实施胃肠减压等相应的护理措施。结果52例患者，手术6例，保守治疗46例，其中治愈51例，死亡1例。结论密切观察病情变化，根据病情变化及时制订护理措施，预防各种并发症，降低手术风险，是提高治愈率的关键。Objective In order to know the nursing points for patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods Retrospectively summarized the nursing courses among 52 patients with acute pancreatitis, Results Among the 52 patients with acute pancreatitis, there were 6 patients receiving operation, there were 46 patients receiving conservative treatment, One cases died, and the others recoverd, Conclusion The key nursing points for patients with acute pancreatitis are careful observation, systematic nursing path ways according to the conditions of patients and preventive cares for complications.
