摘  要:研究了饲料中添加不同剂量(0.01%、0.02%、0.03%和0.04%)的DMPT后,异育银鲫空腹至饱食后12 h肠淀粉酶、蛋白酶及脂肪酶活性的动态变化。结果表明:异育银鲫肠组织不同部位之间淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活性存在差异,淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性以中肠最高,后肠最低,而肠脂肪酶活性以后肠为最高,前肠最低;饱食后肠淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性都出现先降低后升高再降低的波浪型动态变化趋势,并于饱食后3 h达到谷值,9 h达到峰值,而肠脂肪酶活性在饱食后3 h无明显变化,后升高,再降低,9 h同样达到峰值,12 h后3种酶活性都恢复至空腹时的状态;饲料中添加DMPT能够不同程度地提高异育银鲫肠淀粉酶、蛋白酶以及脂肪酶活性,以0.03%的添加水平效果最好。Carassius auratus gibelio carp carps were fed with basal diet supplemented by 0. 01%, 0. 02%, 0.03%, 0. 04% dimethy 1-β-propiothetin(DMPT) for 20 days, and then hungered for 1 day. Control group was fed with basal diet. The changes of activities of amylase, protease and lipase in the intestine were determined every 3 h from fasting to 12 h after full feeding . Amylase, protease and lipase were distributed differently in each part of intestine. The activites of amylase and protease were the highest in middlegut and the lowest in hindgut. The activity of lipase was the highest in hindgut and the lowest in foregut. After full feeding, the amylase and protease activities in the intestine of Carassius auratus gibelio carp went down first, then up, and down again at last. The vale value appeared in 3 h after full feeding, while the peak value was reached in 9 h. The lipase activity had no distinct change in 3 h after full feeding, and the peak value appeared in 9 h also. The three digestive enzymes came back to the state of fasting in 12 h after full feeding. Basal diet supplemented with 0. 01%, 0. 02%, 0. 03% and 0. 04% of DMPT could increase the activities of amylase, protease and lipase to various degrees, with the treatment of basal diet supplemented with 0. 03% of DMPT holding the best effect.
