摘　　要：在一些连续称量配料工艺过程中,常通过传统的PID算法控制每种物料的瞬时流量来满足各种配料的配比工艺要求,误差较大．针对这一问题,提出了一种设定值修正的PID算法,并在稳定土配料控制系统中进行了实施,配料精度达到98．5％．This paper introduces a PID（proportional integral derivative） algorithms whose setting value is revised by the past errors in the batching control system, which greatly improve the quality of the controlling. The application results in stabilized soil batching shows high quality, so this algorithms is worth popularizing.
