摘　　要：目的提高对鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤的诊治水平。方法对19例原发于鼻腔、鼻窦的恶性黑色素瘤临床表现、诊断、治疗以及随访结果进行分析。结果免疫组化等病理诊断有重要作用。广泛彻底的手术切除加术后放疗可提高本病生存率。结论本病发展快、预后差,治疗主要采用综合疗法。Objective： To improve the diagnosis and treatment of malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity. Methods： Nineteen cases of primary nasal malignant melanoma were analyzed retrospectively, including clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment and follow- up data. Results： It was very helpful for its diagnosis through immuno histoehemistry staining. Adequate extensive resection and postoperative radiotherapy could increase the survival rate. Conclusion： Primary nasal malignant melanoma was characterized as having rapid development and poor prognosis. Combined treatment, operation and radiation, should be adopted.
