摘　　要：文章对新型电梯限速器测试台的设计方法进行了介绍与阐述,该测试台由PLC、伺服系统、编码器及接近开关等组成控制回路,通过上位机与PLC的编程,精确控制电机速度及整个测试过程。操作人员只需通过人机界面便能完成检验与调试工作,操作简单,运行稳定,测试精度高。This paper gives a new method of designing a new - style elevator overspeed governor by expounding the principles and analyzing the characteristics. The stand can control the motor speed accurately and whole test process by programming the PLC and PC, which control loop was composed of the PLC, the SERVO system, the encoder and the proximity switch. Operator can test and debug the governors by HMI easily. The test stand has the characteristics with easy operation, steady running, as well as accurate precision.
