摘　　要：在参加中央电大开放英语教学改革试点过程中,发现忽视学生学习动机的激发、自主学习能力的培养及只关注学生学习任务的完成却不重视其知识经验的增长,是阻碍改革成功的主要原因,同时缺乏有效的学习监控技术和学习评价技术也是使改革停滞不前的重要原因。This article points out that the neglect of motivation, learning skills that are an essential preparation for autonomous learning, and the focus on learning tasks without paying any attention to the growth of learning experience significantly affects the learners＇learning achievements. The lack of efficient operation standards and procedures in supervision and assessment also cause obstacles to their learning success.
