摘　　要：乡镇企业集群在发展过程中遇到了一些困难和问题:从业人员整体素质不高,集群效应低,企业融资困难;企业科研力量弱,基础设施不够完善。这些问题必须加以解决。] The existing problems and difficulties in the development of rural enterprises integration are： the general quality of the employees is not high; the effects of integration are low and still in its infaney; the enterprises have difficulties in finaneing; the enterprises are weak in seientifie researeh and not clear in brand eonseiousness; the intermediary mechanisms are short and the basie facility is not perfect. These problems mustbe resolved.
