摘  要:目的:测试纯钛自身氧化膜的黏附强度。方法:用牙科铸钛方法制备12mm×12mm×1.2mm的纯钛片24个,分为4组,每组6个,将每个钛片的一面抛至镜面。分别以650、750、800、900℃在烤瓷炉中氧化5min。保护抛光面,对其背面进行喷砂处理,超声清洗。从每组氧化试件中各取出一个钛片,用扫描电镜观察试件断面氧化膜的形貌。于其余每个试样的2面分别黏固直径9mm、长25mm的铝棒,加压结固。在试验机上进行拉伸测试,记录氧化膜撕裂时的拉伸力,计算氧化膜的黏附强度。统计处理。结果:650、750、800℃的氧化膜厚度分别为0.3、0.6、0.9μm;氧化膜的黏附强度分别为37.92、22.16、19.88N/mm2,900℃为5.48N/mm2。800℃与750°C样本间氧化膜黏附强度无显著差异(P>0.05),余样本间均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:纯钛氧化膜的黏附强度随着氧化温度升高而下降。提示在钛烤瓷过程中应降低烤瓷温度,尽量控制钛在高温时的化学反应性。Objective:To test the oxide adherence strength for pure titanium. Methods:Twenty-four specimens with a size of 12 mm × 12 mm×1. 2 mm were east from pure titanium, and one side of each specimen was highly metallurgically polished. The specimens were divided into 4 groups (6 specimens for each group) and then the groups were oxidized respectively at 650,750,800 anti 900 ℃ for 5 min in dental oven. The opposite was blasted while the polished side was covered. One specimen of each group was cut into 0.8 mm on its blasted side anti was fractured,and then the cross session was investigated using SEM. Both sides of other specimens were cemented with cement to the ends of the machined aluminum cylinder, and then the specimens were tested in tension. Results: The width(μm) of oxide film for each grnup was 0.3 for 650℃ ,0.6 tot 750 ℃ , and 0.9 for 800 ℃. The oxide adherence strength value ( N/mm^2 ) was 37. 922 0 for 650 ℃ ,22. 164 0 for 750 ℃ , 19. 878 0 for 800 ℃ , and 5. 482 0 for 900 ℃. There was no significant difference between 800 ℃ group and 750℃ group( P 〉 0.05 ) , while there was significant difference among other groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The oxide adherent:e strength value for pure titanium decreased while the oxide temperature increased. This suggested that the fusing temperature for pure titanium should be controlled lower, and the over activity of pure titanium should be prevented somehow.
