摘 要:以酪氨酸(Tyr)分子晶体和腺嘌呤核苷(AR)分子晶体为对象,用毛细管电泳法研究荷能离子注入对其表面电荷的影响。实验发现,分子的泳动情况与注入离子的剂量有关。当30keVN+以15×1019ions/m2剂量注入后,Tyr和AR分子晶体的电泳图象出现三种情况向正极运动;静止悬浮;向负极泳动,这说明注入N+与靶分子之间发生了电荷交换作用,并对电荷交换量进行了估算。The N + implantation-induced influence upon the surface charges of tyrosine and adenosine molecule crystals was studied with the method of capillary electrophoresis. The swimming directions of the implanted molecule crystals were found to be related to dose of the implanted ions. Irradiated by 30keV N + with a dose of 15×10 19 /m 2, the tyrosine or adenosine crystals had three swimming models: to cathode, to anode, and motionless. This means that the charge exchange effect between N + and the target molecules exists and the transferred charge amount has been estimated.
