摘  要:目的:探讨钬激光(Ho:YAG laser)对肾肿瘤的毁损效应.方法:制作兔的肾VX2肿瘤模型,在手术直视下采用不同钬激光功率对肿瘤组织进行彻底照射.观察照射后肿瘤组织及周边肾脏组织的病理变化,另外每组各5只于照射2wk后处死,比较肿瘤的生长情况.结果:钬激光照射后立即行HE染色可发现肿瘤细胞发生凝固性坏死,损毁灶大小随钬激光的照射参数增大而增大,并有统计学意义.在对照实验中,所有5只照射组动物的肿瘤原发灶均被完全破坏,而对照组的肿瘤平均体积为(2645.5±174.2)mm3.结论:钬激光对兔的肾VX2肿瘤组织有明显杀伤作用,且有较好的可控性和操作性.AIM: To explore the possibility and value of Ho: YAG laser ablation for renal tumors. METHODS: Rabbits bearing VX2 renal tumors were thoroughly irradiated by Ho:YAG laser with different power in vivo. The vaporized incision, coagulation, haemostatic effect and pathologic alteration of tumor and surrounding tissues were observed and measured. Two weeks later, the growing condition of the primary tumors were also observed by comparing the sizes of the tumors in irradiated group and control group. RESULTS: Tumor cells experienced coagulation necrosis immediately after irradiation with Ho:YAG. There was a positive correlation between irradiation power and ablation lesion size. In the controlled experiment, the primary tumors in 5 rabbits of the irradiated group had been completely eradicated, while the average size of the primary tumors in control group was ( 2645.5 ± 174.2 )mm^3. CONCLUSION : Ho : YAG laser is an effective therapeutic method of renal carcinoma and the size of impaired area can be accurately controlled.
