12例视神经撕脱的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨视神经撕脱的发生机制、临床表现特点,评价分析其疗效和预后。方法通过本组12例视神经撕脱患者的临床表现和治疗经验,结合文献进行回顾性分析讨论。结果视神经撕脱是一种严重的眼外伤,预后差。结论提高本病早期诊断率,减少早期的误诊和漏诊,寻找有效的治疗方案,减少不必要的治疗。Objective To investigate the etiological factors and clinical manifestation of evulsion of optic nerve and evaluate the therapeutic effect and the prognosis of it. Methods The 12 patients diagnosed as evulsion of optic nerve, were retrospectively evaluated from the clinical manifestation and the therapeutic effect. Results Evulsion of optic nerve was one of the severe ocular trauma. The prognosis was bad. Conclusions The rate of early diagnosis should be improved. The rate of the misdiagnosis and the missed diagnosis should be reduced. Unnecessary treatment should be reduced.
