摘 要:近几年来,多种消融治疗方法已经应用于乳腺疾病的治疗。这些方法有间质激光消融术,射频消融术,微波消融术,高能聚焦超声消融术,冷冻消融术。影像导引的微创介入治疗是以放射影像技术为导向进行影像检查和介入手术,明确疾病诊断,达到精确治疗目的。温度敏感性是MRI的独特优势,MRI可用于监测消融治疗前、中、后的病灶变化和导引介入治疗。消融改变范围与肿瘤坏死区基本一致。因此,MRI有能力来监测治疗过程。In recent years a variety of ablation therapies have been applied to treat breast lesions. These therapies include interstitial laser therapy, radio-frequency ablation, microwave ablation, high-intensity focused uhrosound, cryoablation. MRI has been used to visualize lesions before, during and after therapy and to guide imerventions. Temperature-sensitive sequences have shown changes with thermal ablation which broadly correlate with areas of trmour necrosis. Consequently, MRI has the potential to monitor treatmem at the time of therapy.
