摘　　要：目的：探讨成人原发性肾肉瘤的诊断与治疗.方法：1997-01～2006-06共收治成人肾脏肿瘤232例,对其中5例原发性肾肉瘤进行回顾性分析.结果：5例病人均行外科手术治疗.术后病理确诊：平滑肌肉瘤3例、脂肪肉瘤1例、低分化肉瘤1例.术后随访8～60mo,平均生存15mo.结论：成人原发性肾肉瘤是高度恶性肿瘤,平滑肌肉瘤最常见.早期诊断及根治性手术治疗是唯一能够提高生存率的有效方法.Objective ：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of primary renal sarcoma in adults. Methods. From Jan. 1997 to Jun. 2006,5 cases of renal sarcoma in adults out of 232 cases of renal tumor treated were reviewed. Results. All the 5 cases were confirmed by pathological studies, consisting of 3 leiomyosarcoma, 1 liposarcoma and 1 lowly -differentiated sarcoma. All the 5 cases had been followed - up for 8 - 60months, and average survival time is 15 months, Conclusion： Primary renal sarcoma is highly malignant and leiomyosarcoma is the most common, Early diagnosis and surgical ablation is the only effecient means of treatment,
