摘  要:PPAR是一类由配体激活的核转录因子,可分为α、β、γ三种类型。其中α主要与脂代谢有关;β的作用机制还不清楚;γ具有多种生物学效应,在脂肪分化、脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗、2型糖尿病等起重要作用。PGC-1是一种近年来发现的PPAR的转录协同刺激因子,能调节肝脏的糖异生和肌肉中的葡萄糖的转运及三羧酸循环等,故成为肥胖和糖尿病的研究热点。Peroxisome proliferators- activated receptors(PPAR) are members of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily of ligand - activated transcription factors. PPARisofonns are classified into α, β and γ categories. PPARα takes mainly part in lipid metabolism. Effective mechanism of PPARβ still isn't known. PPARγ has many kinds of bioactivity. It has important effect on adipocyte differentiation, lipid metabolism, insulin sensitivity and secretion , prevalence for type 2 diabetes. Peroxisome proliferator - activated receptor - coactivator 1 is a sort of transcription coactivator stimulating factor, it has discovered in later years. It can regulates gluconeogenesis in liver and glucose transported in muscle and tricarboxylic acid cycle etc. It becomes a hot point of obesity and diabetes
