摘　　要：介绍了一种基于NMI特征的目标识别与跟踪算法，与基于图像灰度的跟踪算法相比，该算法利用运动目标的NMI特征值，避免了背景亮度变化对目标识别和跟踪的干扰，具有实时性好、抗干扰性强的特点，适用于复杂背景下的运动目标检测和跟踪。A moving target recognition and tracking method based on NMI feature is presented in this paper. Compared with the arithmetic based on lightness, this method can avoid the disturb which brought by variance of background. It is fit for detecting and tracking moving target in complicated background because of its characters of real- time and robustness.
