Annexin-1在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测膜联蛋白-1(Annexin-1)在子宫内膜癌及癌前病变中的表达及临床意义。方法:用免疫组化S-P法检测66例子宫内膜癌,32例不典型增生子宫内膜,30例正常子宫内膜组织中Annexin-1的表达情况。结果:Annexin-1在17例(25·8%)子宫内膜腺癌中呈强阳性表达,29例(43·9%)为弱阳性,20例(30·3%)为阴性;在28例(93·3%)正常子宫内膜中呈强阳性;13例(40·6%)不典型增生子宫内膜呈阳性表达,统计学处理有极显著差异(P<0·01)。子宫内膜癌中Annexin-1表达下降与患者的年龄、组织病理及淋巴转移无关(P>0·05)。结论:Annexin-1蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌和不典型增生中有不同程度的丢失,与正常子宫内膜比较差异有统计学意义。可作为子宫内膜癌早期诊断以及预测子宫内膜癌癌前病变癌变风险的主要指标。Objective： To study the expression and significance of Annexin - 1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods： Immunohistochemical staining S - P method was used to detect the expression of Annexin - 1 in 66 cases endometrial adenocarcinoma, 32 cases atypical endometrium and 30 cases normal endometrium. Results： Of the 66 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, the expression of Annexin - 1 was strongly positive in 17 cases （25.8%） weakly positive in 29 cases （43.9%） and negative in 20 cases （30. 3% ） . In 30 specimens of normal endometrium, the expression of Annexin - 1 was strongly positive in 28 specimens （93.3%） and the positive expression of Annexin - 1 in 32 specimens of atypical endometrium was 13 （40. 6% ） . So the expression of Annexin - 1 decreased significantly in endometrial adencarcinoma （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the decrease was not correlated with the age, histological grade, lymphatic metastasis （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Annexin - 1 may play an important role in early diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma and in predicting the risk of carcinogenesis from precancerous lesions.
