肤痔清软膏在混合痔剥扎术后创面的应用

摘　　要：目的观察肤痔清软膏在混合痔剥扎术后创面的应用效果。方法运用肤痔清软膏凡士林纱条治疗混合痔剥扎术后创面,以凡士林纱条作为对照,观察两组愈合时间、创面肉芽开始生长时间及止痛效果。结果与对照组相比,肤痔清软膏凡士林纱条组创面愈合时间、创面肉芽开始生长时间明显缩短、止痛效果好,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论肤痔清软膏可促进混合痔术后创面愈合,具有较好的止痛效果。Objective To observe the efficiency of fuzhiqing ointment in treating wounds post ligation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Fuzhiqing ointment with vaseline gauze was applied for treating wounds post ligation of mixed hemorrhoids, vaseline gauze was used in the control group,wound healing time,granulation tissue growth time and pain relieving effect in the two groups werecompared .Results In comparison with control group, Fuzhiqing ointment with vaseline gauze group was shortened in wound healing time and granulation tissue growth time, pain relieving effect was good, the difference was very significant（P〈0.01 ）.conclusions fuzhiqing ointment can promote wound healing post ligation of mixed hemorrhoids and has good pain relieving effect.
