康复期鼻咽癌患者生命质量量表设计与评价

摘　　要：[目的]设计康复期鼻咽癌患者生命质量量表,并对其质量进行评价。[方法]根据WHO的健康定义和生命质量概念与维度,参考相关研究,结合我国鼻咽癌患者康复的特点设计量表;量表的质量从信度、效度、反应度和可接受性等几方面评价。[结果](1)躯体、心理、家庭与社会、症状与副反应、自我总评和量表总分的复测相关系数分别是0.888、0.739、0.715、0.701、0.614和0.824。躯体、心理、家庭与社会、症状与副反应、自我总评等领域的Cronbach’sα系数分别是0.653、0.721、0.717、0.862、0.751。(2)量表结构与设计时的构想基本吻合。以“生活功能指标量表”为效标,效标效度是0.677。(3)量表能反映康复前后生命质量的变化。(4)量表简单明了,容易回答。[结论]设计的康复期鼻咽癌患者生命质量量表信度、效度、反应度和可接受性尚可,可为评价我国康复期鼻咽癌患者的生命质量提供参考工具。[Objective]To develop and evaluate a quality of life instrument for Chinese patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in recovery period.[Methods]According to WHO definition of health and the conception of quality of life and its domains as well as the convalescent characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the quality of life instrument was designed,and evaluated by testing it＇s reliability,validity,responsiveness and accessibility.[Results]（1）The test-retest coefficients of the instrument for physical,psychological,iamily/sucial funtion domains,symptoms/side effcts ,self-eraluation and the everall scales were 0.388,0.739,0.715,0.614and 0.824,respectively,The intermal consistenry on physical,psycological,family/social funetion dotnains,symptoms/side effects,self-evaluation were 0.653,0.721,0.717,0.862and 0.751,respectively,（20,Taking the functiuanl living index-cancer（FLIC）as a criterina,the eritetion validity wity FLIC was 0.677.（3）The instrument coold detect the statistical significant changes between the pre-convalcscene scoring and after-convalescence sorring（4） The instrument was sinple and easy to be implemeoted.[Conclusions] The instruneat is of reasonable relialilty,validity responsiveness and accessibility,It can serve as a domestic instniment in measuring and evaluating QOL for Chiaese patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
