西部某市423名小学生生长发育状况动态分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解小学生生长发育特征变化规律,以进一步开展健康教育与健康促进。[方法]对玉林市423名小学生身高、体重、肺活量进行了6年纵向观察。[结果]男、女学生身高分别增高了31.6cm和32.2cm,体重分别增加了20.4kg和19.3kg,肺活量分别增加了1536ml和1138ml,学生的肥胖率在4%以下。[结论]6年中,小学生身高、体重发育水平不均衡,9岁时生长明显;肺活量10岁后增长加快,男女生各个年龄段BMI指数低于全国城市平均水平,儿童少年肥胖情况没有经济发达地区严重。[ Objectives]To find out the rules of the growth and development of pupils,so as to guide further health education and health promotion.[Methods]The increments of height,body weight,vital capacity of 423 pupils in Yulin were observed for 6 years.[Results]The average height of pupils increased by 31.6 cm and 32.2 cm for boys and girls,the average weight of pupils increased by 20.4 kg and 19.3 kg for boys and girls,the average vital capacity of pupils increased by 1536 ml and 1138 ml for boys and girls,and the obesity rate Of pupils was below 4%. [Conclusions] In 6 years, the growth of pupils ＇beight and weight is unbalance,the growth in 9 years old is obvious; The growth of Vital capacity Speeds after 10 years old,the BMI of boys and girls are lower than other cities in national average level,the obesity circumstance is less severe than economic flourishing region.
