摘 要:目的观察消瘕丸对大鼠子宫肌瘤模型的影响,阐明其作用机制。方法以外源性激素诱导大鼠建立子宫肌瘤病变模型,观察消瘕丸对子宫组织形态的影响及血清中过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的活性变化;采用免疫组化SP法检测大鼠子宫肌瘤组织雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达。结果与模型组相比,消瘕丸治疗组能抑制子宫肌瘤组织增生,血清中SOD活性升高、MDA活性降低;ER、PR的表达明显减弱(P<0.01)。结论消瘕丸对子宫肌瘤有治疗作用,其作用机制可能与抑制ER、PR的表达,降低MDA的活性,增加SOD的活性有关。Objective To study the effect and the pharmacology of Xiaojia pills in treating leiomyoma of uterus in Wistar rats. Methods The rat model of leiomyoma of uterus was developed with sex hormone . The pathologic changes in uterine tissues and activities of serum SOD and MDA were observed; and immunohistochemical SP staining was performed to test the expressions of ER protein and PR protein in leiomyoma of rat uterus.Results Compared with the model group, SOD was markedly raised and MDA was significantly lowered in Xiaojia pills group. The pathologic changes of uterine tissues in treated group were controlled. The expresstions of ER and PR were reduced significantly. Conclusions Xiaojia pills have curative effect on leiomyoma of uterus in rats ,the mechanism of which appears to depend on reducing ER, PR and MDA and increasing SOD in leiomyoma of rat uterus.
