幽门螺杆菌感染与胃部病变组织端粒酶活性相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃部疾病病变组织的端粒酶活性表达与Hp感染的关系。方法用通过TRAP-银染法和幽门螺杆菌培养法检测21例胃癌(GC),35例萎缩性胃炎(AG)和38例良性胃溃疡(BGU)组织的端粒酶活性和Hp感染状况。结果胃癌、萎缩性胃炎、良性胃溃疡中端粒酶活性的分别为76.2%,48.6%,15.8%。端粒酶活性在胃癌、萎缩性胃炎标本中的表达显著高于良性胃溃疡(P<0.01或P<0.05)。胃癌组织中的端粒酶活性最高。Hp阳性组的端粒酶活性与Hp阴性组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论Hp的感染引起端粒酶的活性增高,加速病变组织损伤,可能与胃癌的发生、发展具有相关性。Objective To investigate the relation of helicobacter pylori infection and telomerase activity on gastric diseases. Methods The activity of telomerase was detected by TRAP-sliver staining. Using culture assay were identified hellcobacter pylori in- fections.Results The activity of telomerase were 76.2 % in gastric carcinoma（C,C） group,48.6% in astrophic gastrltis（AG） group, 15.8% in benign gastric ulcers（BGU） group,respectively.There were significant difference of telamerase activity between GC group,AG group and BGU group（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Expressoon of telomerase activity in gastric careinoma was the highest. There were significant difference of teloraerase activity between Hp positive group and Hp positive group. （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The infection of lip may increase telomerase activity and accelerate the demage of gastric tissue,lt possibly has relation with the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.
