三维适形放射治疗门脉癌栓的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三维适形放射治疗原发性肝癌门脉癌栓的疗效。方法31例门脉癌栓行三维适形放射治疗,观察患者治疗前后的临床症状和影像学变化来评价三维适形放射治疗的临床疗效。结果22例门脉癌栓有缩小或消失。结论三维适形放射治疗是一种有效的和安全的治疗门脉癌栓的方法,为临床治疗门脉癌栓提供了一个新的手段。Objective To study the efficacy of 3-DCRT to treat embolization in portal vein. Methods Thirty-one patients with HCC complicated with embolization in portal vein underwent 3-DCRT embolization in portal vein. Evaluation of the efficacy was performed on clinical symptoms and image changing before and after 3-DCRT. Results The embolization in portal vein had disappeared or became smaller in twenty-two patients after 3-DCRT. Conclusions 3-DCRT for treatment of embolization in portal vein is a safe and effective therapeutic method. It is a new technique for clinical treatment of embolization in portal vein.
