摘 要:对三株能转化鹅去氧胆酸(chenodeoxycholic acid,CDCA)为熊去氧胆酸(ursodeoxycholic acid,UDCA)的厌氧梭菌进行了系统的鉴定。通过电镜、API-20A数值鉴定系统、气相色谱分析和(G+C)mol%等测定表明,HS-10为A型产气荚膜梭菌(Clostridium perfringens),DL-20和LQ-29同属丁酸梭菌(Clostridium butyricum)。这三个菌株均具有独立转化CDCA为UDCA的能力。Three strains of clostridia which biotransform chenodeoxycholic acid (ODCA)to ursodeoxycholic acid(UDOA) were isolated from 640 soil samples by the 'syrin-ge method' designed by us. The three strains were identified as Clostridium per-fringens type A (strain HS-10) and C. butyricum (strains DL-20 and LQ-29) byover 40 items, such as electron microscopy, API-20A numerical taxonomy system,GLC, (G+C)mol%, and antitoxin neutralization and so on. It has not been repor-ted before that these two species of clostridia (three strains) are capable of bioco-verting CDCA to UDCA individually.
