摘　　要：Sunrivin作为凋亡抑制蛋白（IAP）家族的一个成员，既可控制细胞分化，又可抑制凋亡。Survivin在人类常见的大多数肿瘤中选择性表达，而且可能参与肿瘤细胞对某些抗癌药物和放射治疗的抵抗。因此，以抑制Survivin作为抗癌干预治疗的新策略有着广阔的应用前景。Survivin is one of the inhibitors of apoptosis protein family,which can control the cell differentiation and inhibit cell apoptosis. Survivin express in most human tumors cells electively and is relative to the resistance of antineoplastic agent and radiotherapy. Therefore, survivin can be used as a new target for antineoplastic therapy.
