摘　　要：目的观察CK10及Bcl-2在负压吸引术前后牙源性角化囊肿(odontogenic keratocyst,OKC)上皮中的表达,探讨负压吸引术治疗OKC的可能机制。方法负压吸引术前、术后的OKC石蜡切片分为配对的两组(术前组及术后组),每组8例,分别行CK10、Bcl-2免疫组化染色,并利用SPSS10.0统计软件对免疫组化染色结果进行统计学处理。结果术前组CK10着色仅见于OKC上皮表层的不全角化层,而术后组OKC上皮细胞CK10着色见于基底细胞以上各层;术后组OKC上皮中Bcl-2阳性着色细胞较术前组减少(P<0.01)。结论负压吸引术后OKC上皮分化趋于成熟、增殖能力下降可能是其治疗OKC的部分机制。Objective To investigate the expression of cytokeratin 10 （CK10） and Bcl - 2 protein in epithelium of odontogenic keratocyst （OKC） before and after suction drainage. Methods The paraffin-embeded tissue sections of OKC epithelium before and after suction drainage were used for immunohistochemical detection of CK10 and Bcl - 2. Results The CK10 positive cells were only observed in the superficial para - keratinized layer of preoperative OKC epithelium. In contrast, the expression of CK 10 was observed in all the layers of postoperative OKC epithelium. The expression of Bcl- 2 in postoperative OKC epithelium were significantly less than that in preoperative OKC epithelium. Conclnsion Suction drainage could enhance the differentiation of OKC epithelium.
