摘  要:目的研究熔附温度和熔附时间对α-氮化硅晶须(α-Si3N4)结构及形态的影响。方法将α-Si3N4以250℃/h的升、降温速度升分别至500℃、650℃、800℃、950℃和1100℃并分别保持10min、30min和3h制作试样,进行结构及形态测试。结果α-Si3N4晶须经不同烧结温度和烧结时间处理后,晶型、表面的化学基团和形态未改变。结论熔附条件对α-Si3N4晶须结构、表面的化学基团及形态无影响。Objective To evaluate the effect of fusing temperature and duration on structure and morphology of α-Si3N4 in dental resin composite. Methods The α- Si3N4 samples were treated by increasing and decreasing the temperature to 500℃, 650℃ , 800℃, 950℃ , 1100℃ at the rate of 250℃/h and maintained for 10min, 30min, 3h respectively, and then their structures and morphologic characters were investigated with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT - IR), X - ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). Results The crystalline structure, chemical group and morphology of α- Si3N4 whiskers were not changed during being sintered by different temperature and duration. Conclusion Fusing condition had no influence on the structure, chemical group and morphology of α-Si3N4 whiskers.
