摘　　要：血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是一种具有高度特异性的血管内皮分裂原,对内皮细胞的增生有强烈的刺激作用,可诱导血管新生,增加血管的通透性。在正常人生理情况下VEGF介导血管新生不常见,在病理性肿瘤血管新生中起着重要的作用,在多种肿瘤中存在不同程度表达。生存素(survivin)是新近发现的一种凋亡抑制基因,属凋亡抑制蛋白家族新成员,可直接或间接抑制活化的caspases和细胞死亡蛋白酶诱导的细胞调亡,survivin正常组织中不表达,高度表达于人肿瘤组织中。相关研究表明,VEGF和survivin在肿瘤的发生,发展中起着重要的作用。本文就VEGF和survivin的表达与鼻咽癌的相关性进行综述。JIANG Wei, ZHANG Cheng （ Department of Radiotherapy, Affdiated Tumor Hospital, Guangxi Medical University, Nanning 53O021, China） Abstract： Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） is a blood vessel endotheliurn mitogen with high degree of specificity, which has strong stimulatory function for endothelium hyperplasia and can induce angiogenesis as well as increase vasctdar permeability. VEGF seldom mediates angiogenesis in normal physiological condition, but it play an inerrant role in the pathological neogenesis of tumor vessel, which has expression of different extent in many tumors. Survivin is a new discovered anti-apoptosis gene, which is the new member in the family of apoptosis profilin, and can directly or indirectly inhibit the cell apoptosis induced by activated caspases and cell death proteinase. Survivin has no expression in normal tissue,while high expression in tumor tissue. Correlativity study showed that VEGF and survivin play an important role in the occurrence and genesis of tumor. This article reviews their correlativity between the expression of VEGF and survivin and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
