摘　　要：近年来,随着消化道肿瘤内分泌治疗相关理念的提出,H2受体及其拮抗剂与大肠癌的关系逐渐引起了学者们的重视。由于H2受体具有独特的生物学特性,H2受体拮抗剂在大肠癌治疗中可能存在潜在的应用价值。现就H2受体生物学特性与其拮抗剂,以及H2受体拮抗剂与大肠癌关系的研究进展予以综述。With introduction of theory related to endocrine therapy of digestive cancer the relationship of histamine-2（H2 ） receptor and its antagonist with colon cancer is attracting more attention from scholars. H2 receptors has its own bionomics. The application of its receptor antagonist has potential value in therapy of colonn cancer. Ibis article reviews H2 receptor of its bionomics and antagonist and its relationship between its antagonist and colon cancer.
