摘　　要：精氨酸(arginine)在人体内有营养支持、免疫防御及调节作用。精氨酸衍生物一氧化氮(NO)在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中具有重要作用,但其中的具体机制尚存许多争议。NO既可以刺激细胞免疫,抑制肿瘤生长,又能通过某些机制促进肿瘤生长,此双重作用依赖于局部的NO浓度、肿瘤的类型和肿瘤细胞对NO的敏感性等。Arginine has some function of nutritional support, immune defenee and regulation in humen body, of which the ramification NO plays an important role in the genesis and development of tumor. There are still some debate about its specific mechanism. NO is not only stimulate cell immunity,but also inhibit the growth of tumor as well as promote the growth of tumor, Its dual effects depends on its local concentration, tumorous type, sensitivity of tumor to NO and so on.
