摘　　要：放射性粒子组织间植入近距离治疗肿瘤是近年来发展的一项有效的治疗手段,随着影像学技术的发展,目前已广泛应用于临床。本文就其原理,发展动态,临床适应证,植入方法及临床应用进展进行综述。In recent years, tumor therapy in a short distance by implanting radioactive particle among tissues is a new developing therapeutic method with great efficacy in recent years, which has been widely used in clinic with the development of imaging technique, This article reviews this method about its principle, development, clinical indication, implanting method and clinical application progress.
