老年缺血性脑卒中患者血清载脂蛋白与组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及其抑制物的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨载脂蛋白A1、B100与老年缺血性脑卒中患者组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)及其抑制物(PAI)活性的关系。方法:对52例老年缺血性脑卒中患者和50例健康人用免疫比浊法测定血清载脂蛋白A1、B100浓度,并以发色底物法测定血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及抑制物的活性。结果:老年缺血性脑卒中患者载脂蛋白B100,纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物的活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01),载脂蛋白A1与组织型纤溶酶原激活剂均降低(P<0.05和P<0.01),相匹配的缺血性脑卒中及对照组19例的相关分析发现载脂蛋白B100与组织型纤溶酶原激活剂活性无关,而与纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物活性呈正相关(r=0.8330),载脂蛋白A1与纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物活性呈负相关(r=-0.6734)。结论:载脂蛋白A1、B100浓度与纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物活性之间存在相关关系,而载脂蛋白B100与纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物呈正相关,载脂蛋白A1与纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物活性呈负相关。Objective： To study the relationship between serum apolipoprotein A1 ,B100（ApoA1 ,B100） and plasma tissue-type plasminogen activator（t-PA）and plasminogen activator inhibitor（PAI）in patients with elderly ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods： Serum ApoA1 and ApoB100 of 52 cases with elderly ischemic cerebrovasular disease and that 50 controls were detected by immunoturbidimetry. Plasma t-PA and PAI were determined by spectrophotometry. Results： The concentration of ApoB100 and PAI activity in elderly ischemic cerebrovascular disease were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05and P〈0. 01） but ApoA1 and t-PA decreased（P〈0. 05 and P〈0.01）. The concentration of ApoB100 did not correlate with plasma t-PA activity in 19 controls and cases with matched elderly ischemic cerebrovascular disease;but positively correlated with PAI activity（r=0. 8330）, and the concentration of ApoA1 negatively correlated with PAI activity（r=- 0. 6734）. Conclusion： The concentration of ApoA1 and B100 may reflect PAI activity. The former shows negative correlation while the latter shows postivite correlation with PAI activity.
