摘　　要：目的:探讨雌激素受体(ER)、C-erbB-2、P-糖蛋白(P-gp)在乳癌的表达与腋淋巴结转移之间的相互关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法,检测了107例乳腺癌根治标本中ER、C-erbB-2、P-gp的表达。结果:ER、C-erbB-2、P-gp阳性表达率分别为55.14%(59/107)、87.13%(87/107)、20.56%(22/107);ER表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关,与C-erbB-2表达呈正相关,与P-gp表达无相关性;C-erbB-2与淋巴结转移呈正相关,与P-gp表达无相关性;P-gp与淋巴结转移无明显相关性。结论:乳腺癌组织中ER、C-erbB-2与淋巴结转移有关,P-gp与耐药有关。Objective：To study the expression of ER,C-erbB-2 and P-gp in breast cancer,and the association between their expression and lymph node metasis. Methods： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ER, C-erbB-2 ,P-gp in 107 case breast cancer. Results：The respective positive rates of ER, C- erbB-2,P-gp in breast cancer were 55.14% （59/107）,87.13% （87/107）and20. 56% （22/107）. The expression of ER was associated with lymph node metasis and C-erbB-2, but not associated with P-gp. There was association between C-erbB-2 expression and lymph node metastasis;And the exporession of P-gp was not associated with C-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions： There was association between ER,C-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis,and association between P-gp and drug resistamce.
