蒙脱石矿物凝胶流变性能变化规律研究

摘　　要：以山东某地的膨润土为研究对象,研究了蒙脱石悬浮液的质量百分比浓度、剪切速率、电解质、分散剂、表面活性剂对蒙脱石矿物凝胶流变性的影响。研究结果表明,蒙脱石矿物凝胶的流变性可通过调整浆体的浓度、添加相应的电解质(NaCl、CaCl2)、分散剂[(Na3PO4)n]和表面活性剂(LAS)而获得理想的数值,从而可满足工业上不同用途的要求。The factors influencing the theological property of montmorillonite gel, such as slurry concentration,shear rates, electrolytes, dispersants and surtactants were studied. The research results showed that the rheological property of montmorillonite gel could be changed by changing the mass concentration, shear rates, adding relevant electrolges（NaCl, CaCl2）, dispersants[（Na3PO4）n] and surfactants（LAS） to match different uses of industry.
