摘  要:以新疆夏子街地区德楞山钙基膨润土为原料,考察了不同钠盐对其改型的影响以及湿法制备有机膨润土的影响因素,并分析了产物的基本结构。实验结果表明:当碳酸钠浓度12%、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵160mmol/100g土、浆液的pH11、反应温度70℃、反应时间2h时,工艺最优,制备的有机膨润土黏度较大。结构分析表明:有机土的d(001)值从膨润土原土的0.9979nm增大到2.2263nm,说明有机季铵盐阳离子已进入膨润土的蒙脱石层间。Ca-bentonite from Delengshan mine of Xiazijie in Xiniiang, was modified to Na-bentonite by different sodiums, and then to synthesis organobentonite using octadccyltrimethyl ammonium chloride, The effects of different sodiums for Na-bentonite and effective factors for viscosity of organobentonite were investgatcd. The structures and properties of organobentonite were characterized. The results showed that as ing Na2CO3 to modify Ca-bentonite was better and that the viscosity of organobentonite was satisfactory. The optimum conditions were that the concentration of Na2CO3 and octadecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride was 12% and 160mmol/100g respectively, serous pH was 11, reaction temperature was 70℃, and reaction time was 2h, under the above conditions the process was more reasonable and the quality of organobentonite was more excellent. The organobentonite' d(001) has increased from 0.9979 nm to 2.2263 nm, and the organic quaternary ammonium cation had intercalated into the layers of montmorillonitc.
