PTEN和P27在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨PTEN和P27在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测62例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中PTEN和P27的表达情况、并与膀胱癌的病理分级及临床分期相比较。结果29例PTEN表达阳性,阳性率46.77%,且膀胱癌分化越差,临床分期越高,PTEN表达率越低。27例P27表达阳性,阳性率43.55%,膀胱癌分化越差,临床分期越高,表达率越低。在正常组织中PTEN和P27的表达率分别是100%和95.65%。结论PTEN和P27表达失常在膀胱癌的发生中可能起重要作用,可以作为监测膀胱移行细胞癌发展及预后的重要指标。[Objective] To investigate the expression of PTEN and P27 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC） and its clinical significance. [Methods] Expression of PTEN and P27 protein in 62 BTCC, 23 normal bladder tissues were analysed by using SP immuno-histochemistry. [Results] The positive rate of PTEN was 46.77% （29/62）, P27 was 43.55% （27/62） in BTCC. The higher the grade and the clinical stage of tumor were, the lower the expression of PTEN and P27. The positive rate of PTEN and P27 were 100% （23123） and 95.65% （22/23） in normal bladder tissues respectively. [Conclusions] The abnormal expression of PTEN and P27 may play an important role in the development of BTCC. PTEN and P27 may be a novel prognostic factor in BTCC. Examination of them might be useful for the judgement of tumor development and prognosis.
