摘　　要：就文[1]中提出的A2=E条件下的猜想:∑i=1rank(A+kiE)=(t-1)n+rank(ftA+gtE),给出了等式成立的条件及等式的具体表达式,并予以证明,使问题得以彻底解决.The article, discussing on the conjecture, proposed in [1], that ^t∑i=1 rank（A＋kiE）=（t-1）n＋rank（ft A＋gt E） in the case of A^2 =E, gives the specific expression of the equality and its premise to hold, then proves it. Thus the problem about the conjecture is solved thoroughly.
