摘　　要：党中央、国务院十分重视大学生思想政治工作,教育部就加强高校辅导员和班主任工作提出了具体的实施意见,并于2007年对高校辅导员队伍建设进行考评。做好辅导员的工作对于大学教育教学工作十分重要,在新的历史条件下,要做好一名合格的辅导员,一定要做到与时俱进,要有爱心、耐心、恒心。The Party Central Committee and the State Department attach importance to the ideological and political work of college students. The Ministry of Education has brought forward the detail methods to emphasize the work of the College Instructors and Head Teachers, and will examine and assess the construction of it in 2007. The work is very important for college education. At the new stage, to be a good instructor, one should goes along with the advancing age and must be imbued with love, endurance and consistency.
